~VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: awful service techs knocked out my phone & TWO MONTHS still no phones & after a flcker of lighting outside the alarm system when haywire and does not turn on any more, also billing incorrect. NO ONE WILL ASSIST JUST TRANSFER my calls. DO NOT GET USE THIS COMPANY.

~VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ADT's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: For that I would say two out of five.
