GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AFLAC customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~former64: As of this, had to involve the board of insurance investgations for a small cancer claim. So called Review section never answers the phone nor do they return calls, they simply ignore. Otherwise, they send form letters saying need more medical records. They know they are frauds, it's their way of stalling until you pass away. Do not buy anything from these people. Oh, they send me emails trying to recruit me as an agent. Talk about irony!!

~former64: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~former64: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~former64: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AFLAC customers?
~former64: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AFLAC to know who you are.
