~Jenny Belk: this **** *****!! I got a well check up, submitted my claim and got denied due to not having aflac for a year!?! what kind of **** it that? When the rep was selling me this insurance they left that part out!! Now im stuck paying for this **** and i cant even use it!! AFLAC *****!!! Just another company getting over on people!! Dont we have enough of these kinds of companies?

~Jenny Belk: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jenny Belk: For that I would say three out of five.
