~Mark and Sophie Lipson: I called the *-*** ***-**** number and was told the wait would be ** mnutes or less. I am still o n hold as I write this short note. this is in reference to not upgrading my plan. This is truly unaceptable, and I have not spoken to any representative.

~Mark and Sophie Lipson: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mark and Sophie Lipson: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AOL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mark and Sophie Lipson: For that I would say four out of five.
