~Dave&Fly: I'm a bit surprised at just how great the customer service was this time. I've had really poor interactions with cs agents lately, no matter the company, and my expectations were low for this call. But the woman who helped me today was very good at her job. She did have a heavy Filipino accent, but she truly tried (and succeeded)in conveying what she meant - She got through to me. She focused solely on understanding what I needed, which goes a long way in and of itself. But then she actually delivered on her exuberant promises.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Go Phone. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Go Phone problem?
~Dave&Fly: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dave&Fly: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
