~Allison Kerr: After being disconnected on * different calls all being disconnected or dropped after being transferred * to * times. I finally got a person really helped me. This was over three months trying to get my service turned off, I had moved and wasn't living in the house. The cable was not working before I moved. Att U verse is not where I relocated to in Chattanooga. A Blessing. I never could use the internet because it would not take my password two times in a row. Call into customer service, always holding for more than a hour, Terrible service!!!

~Allison Kerr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Allison Kerr: For that I would say one out of five.
