~dissatisfied: I did my research ans decided between * evils (comcast and at@t and chose to go with at@t. My installation was a nightmare, technician was at my hime foe almost * hrs. I did have service when I arrived home at **, however, the next evening, when I got home around **, no tv worked and there was ababsolutely no customer service. Call a number, think thag u may b holding for someone (u dont know, because there is no hold music) then aftee ** minutes of holding the phone to your ear and hoping that someone will answer and help u, u finally give up. Is that what what they r hoping for. Dont know, but not off to a good start. Very unhappy and disappointed!
