~Maggie: I've tried to be proactive and called couple of days before my promotion expired. The customer service told me that there is nothing they can do until the promotions actually expires. I had to wait until next week and called them again. Of course, they were not able to do anything about my promotion and I've wasted ** min talking to two different people and was told to call back the first week of September. Wow! Very irritating!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T U-Verse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T U-Verse problem?
~Maggie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Maggie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Maggie: For that I would say four out of five.

~Maggie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
