~Disgusted customer: I went with these services because the reps know exactly what to say to make it all sound good until they receive their money!. Once that's done and they have your money they could care less! I have never dealt with so much ignorance and stupidity as I have dealt with using AT&T! I am going to cancel my services and they can take the cancellation fee and stick it! I work in customer service so I try to be understanding but it's very obvious that none of these idiots care! I've been asking for a bill to come by mail for months now and what do you know I still have yet to get one. You are a joke! The only reason I am writing a review is because your office is closed and I can't let you have my frustration but don't worry they will get that tomorrow! I'll be moving on to better services soon. They have not even offered to try and make things right! Pathetic!
