GetHuman-jmgreen: My Internet speed is significantly slower than what is advertised in my plan.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-jmgreen: When I renewed my service, I picked the faster, **mbps connection and for the first couple months, I actually received the advertised speed. But now, for like the past ** months, I pay for the **mbps plan and consistently test at around **mbps. I have performed all troubleshooting steps and had a technician come to my residence to replace equipment. I have disconnected all devices other than my computer and reset the gateway. The technician even came and replaced the gateway. I had also tested on multiple devices and all test the same. I am getting extremely frustrated with ATT and their unwillingness to either fix the issue or reduce my bill to reflect the service that I am actually receiving from them.

GetHuman-jmgreen: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jmgreen: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jmgreen: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-jmgreen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
