GetHuman-243835: RECORD ANY AGREEMENTS THEY MAKE WHEN ATARRIN AN ACCT. Service installed ****. Excellent installer however, It took ** phone hours to receive anything close to what I was told the charges would be. Shame on Att. Bill started off **.** including HDTV Internet and cable, Dvr, equipment, fee etc plus a waiver of activation fee (u used to work Jon a call Ctr so I know the apecific questions to ask). Fist bill was $** more than original. * out of * customer serv rep are cordial however every *th or *th cs I wound up asking for a mgr. (person would initially responds say there was no mgr) I wound up paying **.** monthly and hours of wasted time on the phone
