~notahappycamper: They used my address to install someone else's Uverse and canceled my DSL. I've called numerous times and spent HOURS collectively over the phone last week and this week, and they have yet to call me back or resolve their mistake. So this loyal customer of * yrs has been with out internet for *.* weeks. I don't think they monitor calls, otherwise these reps would get fired for false promises and not know how to press the back space to delete the address and type in the correct one. Unfortunate for me, there are not many internet provider choices in my area, otherwise I would have amazing internet with Verizon's Fios.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T U-Verse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T U-Verse problem?
~notahappycamper: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~notahappycamper: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~notahappycamper: For that I would say three out of five.

~notahappycamper: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
