GetHuman25328: My galaxy s* active got over heated and burnt my hand, I dropped in and the LED broke in the phone and the screen is completely black.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman25328: I was at the park today and it was not a hot day, I was taking pictures and my phone started getting really hot. I put it in my pocket and could feel the heat through my pants. I took the phone out and it burnt my hand, I dropped it in reaction and it fell on rocks and crocked the screen and LED. The screen wont turn on and is completely black.
