~LR: I have had my phone for about * months, s it is under warranty. Went to charge tonight, as it was almost dead, and it wouldn't charge. I went to AT&T store immediately where I bought it and was told I had to go to the warranty store, which is ** miles away, or call to have a new one sent to me. The warranty store opens at **** and I need to be elsewhere before then tomorrow. My phone would be completely dead by the end of the day and certainly by the time I received something in the mail, which the rep agreed would be problem for getting my information off the old phone and into the new one. I don't want to be without my phone in case something happens and I need it, so I ended up paying off my balance and getting a new phone. It's ridiculous that any AT&& store can't do the warranty swap out.

~LR: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LR: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless Warranty Dept.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LR: For that I would say three out of five.
