~lina : Although it seemed that the person helping me had a bit of a southern accent as well as a somewhat sore throat as she admitted, she was very helpful and explained the options for having my phone exchanged. I'm a bit of a fast speaker and her throat acted up a bit, but communication was not much of a problem, and neither was having it set up so I can pick up my replacement this afternoon!
