~Frank: Call center "associate" unfamiliar with bill and could not explain it to my satisfation, Her supervison knew even less and the manager was no better. I was told to go to the website. Finally found someone who understood billing and problem was resolved in minutes. Kudos to Justin Riley at Springfield,Il call center and to Dominic for directing him to me. Wish I could talk to someone in ATT corporate.

~Frank: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frank: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frank: For that I would say four out of five.
