~lfnoyes: I never got a response. I can't dial out on my Uverse phone, so I went online and tried for half an hour to get through to AT&T. I was hoping the Live Chat function might help, but it never worked. On many screens it was mentioned but there was no link. Your pages are incredibly slow to load--worst I've seen in years. This is the second time this year my phone has stopped working. Uverse is just horrible. I will be looking for another supplier for Internet and phone.

~lfnoyes: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~lfnoyes: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lfnoyes: For that I would say three out of five.
