~Disappointed: My son has a go phone. I have been adding gift minutes to this phone for over a year. One time I made a typo on my credit card and since then have not been able to add minutes on line. Spent * hours on phone trying to get this straighten out and * trips to the service center (** minutes each) trying to get this corrented. He has spent * hour on the phone and made three trips to the service center. All this just to add prepaid minutes to his number. Worst communication and customer service I have ever seen. Every member of our family is considering doing away with not only all go phones, but mobile phones and land lines of A T & T because they are such poor communicators have cannot seem to correct what seems like a very simple problem.

~Disappointed: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Disappointed: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
