~athena: The line is either no sound at all after dialing or always busy. No way of getting any response, not even a courtesy answer asking me to wait. ATT is the least customer friendly company. I always had to spend one to two hours to get a problem solved. The initial prompts given never fit my question. When I keep asking for an agent, I would get an answer saying the office was closed. All I want this time is to find a page on the website billing statement that would show the service address. I looked everywhere, only found the billing address. This is the first time I have a chance to make a written complain of ATT customer service. Even once in a great while when I did get a human to talk to, the person usually would ask so many questions and finally told me I needed to be transferred to another department. ATT uses the overseas people in foreign countries to do the customer service, which is so poor in quality, and often times I could not understand their English. The only reason I stil

~athena: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~athena: For that I would say five out of five.
