~elle: Your Customer service is inexcusable. Very unhappy with what you call service I received from AT&T I originally spent an hour on the phone trying to change my address on your system sense someone put in the wrong information. I only ordered internet service. After the negligence I received I decided to cancel my service. It took me over two hours to cancel it. Then I came to find out the next day that it was never cancelled and had to go through the process all over again. I spent another hour canceling my account. Finally I was sent a cancellation email. Now I received a bill for installation, service, surcharges, fees and taxes. I never got my internet set up. Terrible service from AT&T, I am very displeased. Currently I am waiting on hold with your service to get these fees taken care of. So far I have been waiting ** minutes. Billing hung up on me and now *** is "after hours" so I can not get this taken care of again.

~elle: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~elle: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~elle: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T Wireless customers?
~elle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Wireless to know who you are.
