~Kimme K: response from ATT "I don't know why that would be" "you SHOULD be able to" Why call if you cannot get answers. I need to upgrade a non contract phone and or return an * day old phone and buy the iphone * with contract. Apparently my non contract phone is not eligable. How is this possible? Why can't I return and buy a new phone and keep my Number? absurd Called x* same response in sales. if you add a line without contract you can upgrade to contract any time.
