~laurie: At&t is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This number was the *nd number I tried after the first locked me automated ****. Although, at one point I did get transferred to a different department, waited on hold, & got a message in Russian. This number got me a human eventually (a rude one). After the ** minute wait it only took them ** minutes to figure out my "complicated" problem. My problem being how they accidentally overcharged me by $**.**. Oops! And no apologies either. I hate at&t.

~laurie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~laurie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~laurie: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~laurie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
