Hello my name is Lolita Sheffield franks and I moved my UVERSE service from 4945 Stamas lane in Fair Oaks to 3816 Aero CRT on Friday the 13th it was and has been a very long drawn out situation,the tech came on time infac was here from 11 to 5:30 Friday,hooked everything up DID HIS JOB,However I am and was 1receiver short he the tech called all around to see if they could find one,NO LUCK,WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO DO A CSI FOR A RECEIVER AND WAP, (FRIDAY) After the tech called Att and tolkd them the situation,I was told he would call me back in an hour,call never came,so I called the 2020 number at 8:42 this morning and the woman I spoke with said my services are ordered to be on on the 23rd I'm like what?I'm only calling to do a status check on the csi since I never got the call back Friday to confirm,I need a VIP2500 WIRELESS RECEIVER AND VEN 501 WAP,THIS PERSON TOLD ME MY SERVICES ARE NOT DUE TO BE ON UNTIL THE 23RD I REINTERED THAT MY SERVICE IS/WAS INFACT ON FRIDAY THE 13_TH I NEED A RECEIVER SO SHE TELLS ME A TECH WILL BE OUT BETWEEN 1&4 TODAY SO I WAITED I CALL BOUT 3:25 AND WAS TOLD THE SAMETHING THE 23RD SO I DECIEDED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO A SDUPERVISOR AND SHE SAYS SHE WILL CALL ME BACK TOMARROW WITH INFO ON A TECH/CSI/OR IF I CAN GO PICK IT UP FROM AN ATT STORE,I AGREEDED AND THOUGHT I WAS FINISHED WITH THIS FOR NOW,THEN THE TV'S AND INTERNET GOES OUT SO I CALL BACK AT 6:57 AND SOME OTHER PERSON FEMALE TELLS ME MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!!!!!IM LIKE WHAT AND WHY???SHE SAYS SHE DOES NOT KNOW AND TELLS ME I HAVE TO DO A WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT AND REGIVE ALL OF MY INFO,THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE MY (TECH'S) NAME IS JACOB/HIS SUPERVISOR IS SANJES...THE LAST PERSON I SPOKE WITH BEFORE MY INTERNET AND TV WAS CANCELLED IS A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF EISHANIE,SUPPOSE TO CALL ME TOMARROW AT 10 :00 TO LIKE I SAID BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW IF I CAN GET A RECEIVER FROM INSTORE,OR TIME FOR RECEIVER TO GET HERE FOR MY CSI,OR HAVE A TECH COME OUT AND INSTALL,I AM VERY FRUSTRATED IRRITATED, AND AGITATED BEHIND THE WHOLE THING,CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME???ALL I WANTED WAS A NOTHER RECEIVER I MOVED MY SERVICE INTIME I PAY MY BILL ONLY TIME ,I HAD SERVICE UNTIL TODAY MONDAY THE 16TH I CAN BE REACHED AT 408 230 8549 THE ACCOUNT NUMBER 113384402 MY PASS WORD IS 1001 HAS BEEN SINC SEPT 2011,I MOVED AND ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE IT SEEMS,THE LAST LADY I SDPOKE WITH BEFORE SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME SAID MY SERVICE IS STILL AT STAMAS LANE,PLEASE RECTIFY AND COMPENSATE ME FOR ALLLLL OF THE INCOVIENCES, SINCERELY LOLITA SHEFFIELD FRANKS 408 230 8549
