~Jim: I am a new customer and set up a installation date which was confirmed with a call in many emails. My time was between *-**after waiting * hours you sent me a email saying my order was cancelled. I took off work and returned all of my cable boxes to cablevision. No one knew what was going on I guess you sent my account to Frontier they had no info on my account. I took off from work for nothing moved furniture for nothing and you completely waysted my timne. I cannot believe how unprofessional this process has been. They couldnt even give me a instalation time yet after I waited today. I cancelled my order and i hope I never have to do anything with your company again. I have about *** friends on facebook and i Know its not many but I will tell everyone of my experience with you

~Jim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jim: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Jim: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
