~ThomasNoonan: I talked to two people that had a slim grasp of the English language. I would not understand either of them and they could not understand. I didn't ask where they were located. But there is a more than good chance it was the US. I called the next day and about ** min wait with same message playing every ** sec., I did have my answer in no time at all. He did speak English and knew what the internet was.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~ThomasNoonan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ThomasNoonan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ThomasNoonan: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~ThomasNoonan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
