GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-screwdri: Incorrect billing, customer care investigated and sent me a text confirmation stating a credit would be applied. Never applied and after calling * chat multiple times, i get the same answer that no more 'credits' can be applied to my account. The last chat rep was so rude and she specifically told me that i have to pay for incorrect billing and there's nothing they an do.
