GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman5808: We've had dropped calls and inability to send texts and photos daily. It is even worse during "spring break season" in the Niceville and Destin area. My husband uses his cell for work and he can't get through a phone call without issues. He calls me at the end of the day, and we are almost immediately cut off or can't hear each other because of a bad connection. What can be done about this? This is a vacation area and it is not acceptable that we can't "use" our phones during peak seasons.

GetHuman5808: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman5808: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman5808: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman5808: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
