GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-joedegr: I'm being refused my warranty claim do to the fact the phone was damaged after my claim. I will be receiving my new phone today or tomorrow, for an issue I was having. When I was getting in my car this morning my phone was between the handle is my seat an the car door the screen was cracked I call CS and they told me that now I have to pay to have it replaced , this is bs regardless if the phone is damage or not there is still a problem in its function an AT&T should honor the warranty

GetHuman-joedegr: For that I would say one out of five.
