~Clinton Dunn: Was just looking for a forwarding message let callers know that my number had changed and that the new number is ... Couldn't even do that, the simplest of things and you'd think that it would be the first option people would want! Shame on you ATT!

~Clinton Dunn: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Clinton Dunn: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Clinton Dunn: For that I would say five out of five.
