~farky: long wait to talk to rep, then couldn't understand rep, what I was told re: my customer service fix never happened which showed up on next bill, now looking at sme problem as b**, no follow through or up except rcvd mail query that if *they* didn't receive any comments from me within next ** days problem would be considered resolved, all this b** my bill would be sent, RIGHT. as of now, problem still exists, & *they* still have authority to auto-debit my checkbook

~farky: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~farky: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~farky: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~farky: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
