~ATTSUCKS: so i find myself constantly back on this site due to the fact that i have had enough with att. att is the worse as far as customer satisfaction. i find myself calling att every month due to the fact that i have not had a monthly payment the same before. so today i called att and waited ** minutes for service when all i recieved was a hang up. (no call back) i find myself calling again and finding out that all these extra fees were "contract changes." all of my stupid charges were "pro-rated" charges. (keep in mind that this is every month) BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE PAY EXTRA AND FIND A DIFFERENT CELL PHONE COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU CONSTANTLY. I FIND MYSELF PAYING EXTRA EVERY MONTH DUE TO STUPIDITY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~ATTSUCKS: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ATTSUCKS: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ATTSUCKS: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~ATTSUCKS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
