~Mangala: there is no option for speaking to customers ervice. Or no option to report a billing is wrong. In the store for data package they swiped card thrice and they said bill is credited only once to thier account. But on my card * times it is swiped now my data plan has ***MB(***MB**) time. I just wanted only ***MB advice here.If I go to store they say contact customer care. It is rediculous I need my money back.

~Mangala: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mangala: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mangala: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Mangala: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
