GetHuman-treadle: unresolved issue over large bill. last contact with AT&T was dispute center, ********
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-treadle: I called customer service and asked for help. they said I was filing a dispute and needed to call another number which I did. I got a very rude woman named Connie from the Atlanta call center. She said there was no reduction in my bill possible. I called back and asked for a manager and she was kind an offered me a bill reduction on my basic bill (not the termination fee). I accepted that. Then another bill came but with no reduction and the agent said I had never made the call to ask for a resolution. this two calls happened on Oct *, ****.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-treadle: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-treadle: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
