GetHuman-153930: I am appalled that the kids that work in this store are not trained to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went to the store in Tacoma, WA. After my daughter had picked out a few shirts we went up to the front to pay only to be told that their computer system is down and they think that it will be back up on Tuesday (Sept. *th) but could be sooner therefore they can only accept cash. SERIOUSLY?!?! Here's a tip that any great store that provides good customer service would have done: how about tell all customers that come walking into the store that the computer system is down and you can only accept cash? most people use their credit card or debit card so they can make a decision right away without wasting any time as to whether or not they will shop there. All of you that work at corporate headquarters A&F seriously need to concentrate on the kids that work at the stores and the lack of customer service they are providing.
