GetHuman-245634: I placed an order with this company- after giving them years of my business and tons of money- and my order was lost in the packaging department. I called about ** times and was told something different everytime I called. Several customer service reps said it had been shipped and it had not. Others just said they were sorry and had sent it to home office on * different occasions for it to never get sent. At this point the company has stolen my money and refuses to do anything about it. I have requested several times for them to cancel the order and replace and they stated they could not. I have been told every time I would receive an email within ** hours and have never received a thing. A TERRIBLE COMPANY AND WORTHLESS EMPLOYEES, HOME OFFICE AND CORPORATE. NO WONDER THERE COMPANY IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF BUSINESS AND SHUTTING DOWN STORES. I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSINESS FROM MYSELF, FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
