~Tcruz74: This evening my husband and I decided to visit the A&F store which I used to shop at frequently until I continued to have bad experiences with sales associates which was enough to make me not want to shop there again and it's been a couple of years until this evening when my husband and daughter wanted to shop. **My husband had picked out * pullover jackets he wanted to purchase so we asked the sales associate to please hold at the register for us because he was still shopping and wanted to try on a pair of jeans and was told no that he couldn't hold our items and was very rude when talking with us and I didn't appreciate his attitude. It was as though we had bothered him by asking so that's when I asked for the store manager and when he came up from the back with the sales associate, they were both laughing as though the matter was funny. **Store Manager gave his name as Alex Chapman but would not give out the sales associates name. He was a white male maybe early **'s with brown w
