~LessThanSatisfied: Words cannot describe my level of frustration with this company! The short version of my story is that I went to a store to exchange * tank tops that complied with the return policy printed on the back of the receipts (not washed or worn with original receipt) and the "manager" refused to return one tank top and gave me back almost $* less than the amount I paid for the second one. I asked her for a customer service number and she told me they didn't have one, or an inventory system to look up the price of the one tank top. (I can't be too hard on her, she was probably only **). *Customer service's response was basically that everything regarding the running of this store is up to the "manager" and they are not accountable to anyone even when they are in direct violation of store policy or short-changing customers.*Will never shop here again!!
