~Unsatisfied customer: My car broke down right across the road from an Advance Auto Parts store so I went inside hoping that someone would be able to give me suggestions about what to do since I know very little about cars. The employee I talked to said he was not allowed to go help because my car was not in the parking lot. I know that is a company policy thing and not his problem, but really? A place like this should try to go above and beyond helping their customers - NOT tell them they won't help them because their car is (literally) right across the road. Poor service. Even though this occurred more than six months ago, I still think badly of this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
