~Doug Williams: While installing new car battery, salesman*technician accidently snapped off coolant hose connection. Store Mgr. Ted LeBlond took control and personally installed new collant fitting and replaced hose & anti-freeze. It was great to see a store manager do what it took to make it right! Good job Ted !!Thanks!
