~Janeta: I called to discuss a complex problem and I was quite irate at one point. I have to thank Pina and Jody for their patience.*They were both willing to listen as I described a complex situation and at no time did they loose their cool, even when I was clearly yelling at some point. I apologize for letting out my frustration on them..because my concern was not related to these individuals but the system.*Jody was exceptional in communicating to me about the system and her understanding of my frustration.*I greatly appreciated the manner in which she resolved my problem. It was difficult getting through to the staff..but once I got though..staff was great...the reason for the * stars in service relates to wait time only..otherwise a *. Thanks again,nice to know when there are problems caring people on the other end.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Aeroplan. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Aeroplan problem?
~Janeta: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Janeta: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Aeroplan's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Janeta: For that I would say two out of five.

~Janeta: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Aeroplan to know who you are.
