~Breanne: I waited for more than ** minutes for both United Airlines and Air Canada today, only to get rude and very unhelpful staff I called Aeroplan and within * minutes I had the most helpful and kind woman answer my call. Within the short call she was able to re-book my flights that United had cancelled, offered me different flight choices and truthful advice about which options were the safest bet so I would avoid the panic of having only **-** minutes to make connecting flights. She explained in detail what my options would be if I got stuck due to weather and I can now travel knowing that if I get stuck Aeroplan will help me out. We all know how horrible it is to miss a flight or have one cancelled and the lack of empathy from airport staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you! (wish I wrote down her name!)

~Breanne: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Breanne: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Breanne: For that I would say three out of five.
