~Flower Gal: ** phone calls over the last * days using * phones in the roulette style phone cue hoping on getting a person with understanding of the English language. Final call sat on hold for over an hour, my phone has a timer. Was told I could get a call back with in ** more hours. Finally got the person I needed to speak with that said, "Yep it looks like we didn't bill you properly for * months, and yep that is how much you owed, (and we paid the invoice amount), just a little mistake of $*,***.**. So all is good then?". Aetna how is that out of country service working for ya? I think my just shy of $*,*** could have been spent better.
