~Patricia Randis: Everytime I call for this problem it I wait forever and left messsages and spoke to many people who were going to get back to me and guess what this has not been resolved since December ** ****. Aetna is keeping money which I was overchargd for a copay for medication I need to keep me from being hospitalized. Now its a computer problem which is just another excuse. Next I bring this problem to the Attorney General!
