GetHuman-105637: Needed prescription information for pt. Representatives could not find medication in their data bases even when I spelled both the Brand and Generic! Then, they asked for a list of all the medication the pt was on Brand and Generic. I do not have an unlimited number of minutes to waste to obtain information for out pts!
