~jacqui : Since the airline has been sold to Caribbean Airlines it is worse than before getting to speak to an agent to purchase a ticket. If Air Jamaica keeps this up, they will lose passengers and go out of business I guess it would serve you all right if this should happen.

~jacqui : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jacqui : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~jacqui : For that I would say two out of five.
