~Sheila: After a long wait to book my tickets they put the wrong name on my ticket, sent wrong insurance policy. On hold today for ** minutes finally got through and cancelled insurance but still no email confirming it. Transferred to another group to have name corrected gave up after being on hold for another ** minutes.
