~boxter: Buyer Beware - if you retrieve your Air Miles for merchandise,*be warned that you cannot return it. If you are dissatisfied with*your purchase, they don't care. You are on your own and it is yours to keep. When you complain, all you will get is an argument. You are talking to virtual parrots who are incapable of*providing answers. This policy is completely new to me. I've never experienced this anywhere else.**Boxter
