GetHuman-171553: This company messed up my order not once but twice, and to make it worse my father ordered merchandise as well, and they messed up on his order twice. The order was not a difficult one. When we contracted the company each time they did not really seem to care or want to solve the issue. It required me getting upset and angry for them to make an effort
