~pedal pusher: O.K. Even if you give a place a low rating (* stars)they will still have * Stars if others gave them such. Airbnb did not seem to care if there were truly dangerous situations*conditions. They say they choose transparency yet don't seem to do much with it.

~pedal pusher: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
