~neri & jean: To Whom This May Concern**This morning i rang Airbnb after finding out that airbnb haven*t paid me for some reservations since April ******After explaining the issue, customer representative have hang up on me.*Every attempt calling back failed, as every time the person picking up the phone would hand up on me.**Below is the list of reservations:**Apr * - *, **** A*DX** ** Euros*Apr ** - **, **** *R*NQE *** Euros*May ** - **, **** KF*C*S ** Euros*May ** - **, **** JKAB** ** Euros**Thats a total of: *** Euros.**On top this, I came across reservation which was cancelled against terms and conditions: *Reservation number: *MYC*M, worth: *,*** Euros.**Airbnb marked this reservation: You have declined the request of ***€********** from Subin.*Thats falce! I have all the proof that we accepted this reservation. It was airbnb who cancelled this booking, against terms and conditions as the reservation was non-refundable.**See below guests statement:*Subin requested ***€***********hi! I send
